SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours.  However life with children can be chaotic sometimes, we will make every effort to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner.  As we are a brand new business we don't have a lot of resources to hold a large quantity of stock.  Although some products might take a bit longer to be delivered, be sured that most of our products will arrive at your door within 10 days.  If you need your order delivered within a certain time frame, please contact us first. 

 

 

EASY RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with the items received and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase like a receipt/invoice, we'll happily provide you with an exhange or refund provded:

 - You purchased the product in the last 14 days

 - The product is in original condition including its original packaging

 - You pay for the return postage
